Responsibilities
- Supporting agile project management: organizing and supporting project kickoff, demo and retrospective discussions (Jira Report);
- Supporting development processes: interpretation of business requirements, needs and specifications;
- Preparing testing processes;
- Collaborate with QA team, analyze and escalate the impact of detected errors to the business;
- Collaborate with Technical Customer Support, manage customers error tickets, communicate with customers, map and report needs to the business;
- Attend client meetings, communicate with clients;
- Extend, develop and update documentations (Business Specification, User Manuals etc.) with the support of the Product Owner;

Nice to have
- 1-3 years of business analyst or project management experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Business or Engineering – or equivalent knowledge
- Right to legally work in Hungary
