Business Development Manager position
FintechX Zrt., Hungary’s leading provider of open banking solutions, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position based in Szeged, with the flexibility of working from home.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and execute sales strategies;
- Generating leads: identifying, approaching, validating, and converting potential clients;
- Delivering compelling and understandable product demos, both from a business and technical perspective;
- Creating sales materials, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs;
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing partners;
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure business requirements are met.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree in business, economics, or business informatics;
- Communicates confidently and is comfortable giving presentations or demos;
- Has previous experience in sales or business development (a strong plus);
- Excels at building relationships, multitasking, and handling client interactions with confidence;
- Is highly motivated to achieve both individual and team goals, and is eager to grow professionally.
