Customer Support position
FintechX Zrt., Hungary's leading developer of open banking solutions, is looking for a new Customer Support colleague, working in Szeged, with home office opportunity.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Handling error tickets received from customers, liaising with the technical team;
- Regular communication with customers, analyzing customer needs and forwarding them to the business;
- Preparing testing processes and working with the development team;
- Participation in customer meetings.
We are looking for you if:
- You have a degree in Business Informatics, IT, Economics or Business;
- It is an advantage if you have experience in communication or customer management;
- You are an excellent relationship manager, work with precision and manage parallel projects well;
- You are motivated to achieve individual and team goals and are looking for continuous improvement.
